Chatbots are considered as an example - these are online programs that use AI to simulate conversations with people. In educational contexts, chatbots can assist the admissions office (i.e. help automate the work of the educational institution), provide information 24/7 (support communication with students), directly support learning (for example, in the DBTS dialog tutoring system), engage the student via a dialogue or providing automatic feedback.
