Overall, I liked the style of this book - something similar to Tom Peters. It has a chapter on the use of AI in sales (meaning regular sales, not e-commerce). In short, AI is used in two main ways: chatbots and sales-percon assistance. Chatbots on a website or in messengers can already quite efficiently answer client's questions about a product or service, inject into the dialogue mentions of the advantages that a product/service has specifically for a given client, accept an order. Also, there are already similar solutions for voice portals / call centers. Regarding AI assistants for salespeople - they automate many routine operations - such as entering client data into a CRM system, scoring / prioritizing clients, live prompts to salesperson during phone conversation, generating reports. Obviously, the future lies in the joint work of AI and human, since AI still makes mistakes and a specialist is needed who will control it and switch communication with the client to himself in certain situations.
